Job description
The Branch Manager is responsible for guiding the team, overseeing the vehicle fleet, and managing operational activities to guarantee exceptional service and profitability. They play a vital role in driving sales, attracting new talent, and fostering employee development through performance coaching. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales and customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Additionally, applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
