**Service Advisor**
The service advisor is responsible for overseeing service orders, managing the flow of vehicles in the drive lane, and ensuring an effective allocation of tasks among technicians. This role includes offering concierge-style support to clients and addressing technical questions related to vehicle repairs and warranties.
