**Job Title: Service Advisor**
As the key intermediary between customers and the service department, the Service Advisor oversees repair orders, schedules appointments, and offers trustworthy maintenance advice. This role is central to providing outstanding customer service, conducting vehicle inspections, and facilitating shop efficiency. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history. Previous experience in automotive or tire services, along with strong communication abilities, is highly desirable.
