**Job Title: Client Services Representative**
The Client Services Representative is responsible for facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients about laboratory services and test outcomes. This role includes offering administrative assistance to the sales team while ensuring that all communications are recorded in accordance with healthcare regulations. Applicants should possess at least an associate degree and have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capability to work autonomously in a remote setting are essential.
