Job description
The AV Service Technician is responsible for hands-on troubleshooting and upkeep of audiovisual systems within corporate enterprise settings in the NYC Metro Area. Key duties include identifying and resolving network and audio/video problems, implementing firmware updates, and working alongside IT departments to guarantee optimal system performance. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in AV field service, along with expertise in DSP platforms and Crestron systems. Essential qualifications for this position include robust technical abilities in AV signal flow, network diagnostics, and effective professional communication skills.
