Job Summary
The AVP/Retail Service Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of retail branches, focusing on enhancing customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Manage and maintain branch security protocols.
- Support the Retail Division’s core system and business intelligence requirements.
Qualifications
- A college degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in retail banking operations.
- Strong proficiency in branch automation and management information systems.
- Experience with core banking software is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong analytical skills.
