Role Overview for Buyer:
The Buyer role is responsible for managing specific functions within the Source-to-Pay Ecosystem, which encompasses sourcing strategies, contract management, pricing, procurement, payment processes, analysis, and governance. A successful candidate will demonstrate experience in policy adherence, stewardship, compliance, controls, master data management, relevant industries, and technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with and managing relationships among internal stakeholders and suppliers effectively.
• Defining and implementing sourcing, procurement, and payment strategies.
• Leveraging technological solutions to enhance workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing the complete contract execution process, from sourcing recommendations through to vendor payments.
• Responsible for ensuring key deliverables such as supply reliability, value generation, policy compliance, and achievement of global and regional business objectives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to influence industry trends and senior leadership, demonstrating holistic thinking across various stakeholders.
• Essential skills include negotiation, relationship management, leadership, analytical capabilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
