**Job Title: Residential Facility Manager**
The Residential Facility Manager plays a key role in overseeing housing operations, which includes supervising student staff, managing maintenance of the building, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety standards. This position also involves administrative responsibilities, conducting inventory audits, and promoting community development within the residence halls. Applicants must be students maintaining good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and must not have any open sanctions. Prior experience in residential facilities or a leadership role among students is required, as well as the capacity to carry out physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
