**Sales Training Manager**
The Sales Training Manager will oversee the onboarding process and continuous development of sales representatives across various channels. This role entails providing training focused on product knowledge, internal processes, and sales regulations, as well as managing the training materials. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in sales training or enablement, ideally within the wholesale or consumer goods sectors. A bachelor’s degree in business or communications is essential, along with strong skills in CRM and sales enablement tools.
