The Residential Facility Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the housing operations by executing maintenance tasks, conducting custodial duties, and carrying out inventory assessments in the residence halls. Additionally, they contribute to community engagement initiatives, uphold college regulations, and offer administrative assistance to the Residence Life department. Applicants for this position must keep a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and maintain good academic standing without any outstanding sanctions. The position also demands physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and the successful passing of a criminal background check.
