Job Summary
The role involves overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient processes related to staffing, patient scheduling, and the overall patient experience. The individual will be responsible for infection control measures, adherence to regulatory standards, and continuous quality improvement. A significant aspect of this position is to cultivate a high-performing team and collaborate effectively with physicians and leadership to enhance operations and resolve any conflicts that may arise, all while maintaining superior, quality care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic including staff management and scheduling.
- Enhance patient experience and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives for operational effectiveness.
- Foster a high-performing team environment through collaboration with physicians and leadership.
- Address and resolve operational conflicts to maintain efficiency in care delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a management role.
- Preferred qualifications include clinical or medication-assisting credentials.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree along with at least three years of clinical experience is advantageous.
- Experience in practice operations and intermediate computer skills, especially with EMR systems.
