In this role, you will take charge of the clinical aspects of care, focusing on the creation and management of ABA treatment plans, while also guiding behavior technicians and case supervisors. Your responsibilities will include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), offering coaching to parents, and maintaining meticulous documentation and progress monitoring. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a related area along with BCBA certification. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities are essential, and candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis will be preferred.
