Job Summary
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is tasked with delivering specialized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with autism in diverse environments. This role includes mentoring and guiding therapists while employing effective treatment methods to enhance the quality of care provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum.
- Lead and mentor therapy staff to ensure effective technique implementation.
- Develop and employ innovative treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications
- Active certification as a BCBA with appropriate licensure.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in providing ABA instruction.
- In-depth understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and methodologies.
