Job Summary
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will specialize in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with autism in a variety of environments. This role involves guiding and mentoring therapists while employing progressive and empathetic therapeutic methods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.
- Lead and instruct therapy staff in effective intervention techniques.
- Implement innovative treatment strategies that are tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain a compassionate and supportive approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and relevant licensure are mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in conducting ABA instruction.
- Strong understanding of graphing and data analysis procedures.
