Job Summary
The role of a Care Partner involves delivering compassionate and individualized care to residents. This includes support with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and transferring. Care Partners also collaborate with their team to ensure safety, enhance resident independence, and encourage participation in life enrichment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to residents in daily activities including bathing and grooming.
- Assist residents with transferring safely and comfortably.
- Work collaboratively within a team to promote safety and well-being of residents.
- Encourage and facilitate resident engagement in various life enrichment programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current caregiver certification or a willingness to obtain it is necessary.
- A minimum of 12 months of professional caregiving experience is preferred.
- Must maintain up-to-date certifications in First Aid and CPR.
