Job Summary
The BCBA will deliver specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism in multiple environments. This role involves guiding and training therapists while employing creative strategies and tracking progress through graphing methods.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ABA therapy tailored for children on the autism spectrum.
- Lead and mentor a team of therapists, ensuring effective implementation of therapeutic techniques.
- Utilize innovative strategies in therapy sessions to foster the development of skills in children.
- Implement systematic graphing procedures to monitor and assess client progress.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active BCBA certification and appropriate licensure.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field of ABA instruction is necessary.
