The Patient Access Representative serves as the initial point of contact for patients, handling the registration process, confirming insurance details, and coordinating appointment schedules. This role includes collecting payments due, keeping accurate medical records, and upholding HIPAA privacy regulations. Candidates are expected to possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), with at least one year of relevant experience being preferred.
