**Job Title: Clinical Team Lead**
Direct and oversee the clinical team to provide exceptional ABA therapy services, while managing patient evaluations and treatment strategies. Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and offer continuous training and guidance to staff to uphold clinical best practices. Applicants must possess a BCBA certification and exhibit robust leadership abilities within a clinical environment. Previous experience in supervising RBTs and handling caseloads is crucial for success in this position.
