Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring that ethical and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are delivered effectively. This includes prioritizing client and staff safety, maintaining compliance with regulations, managing efficient scheduling, and working towards achieving the goals set for the site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily clinic functions to ensure high-quality ABA practices.
- Supervise and mentor staff to foster professional development.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support families through communication and providing necessary resources.
- Oversee billing, clinical processes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and connect with various departments to enhance overall clinic performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Preferred experience includes prior supervision as a BCBA or as a Site Director.
- Strong organizational, punctuality, and collaborative skills.
- Effective communication abilities along with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong supervisory relationships.
