Job Summary
The Caregiver plays a crucial role in providing support to seniors by assisting them with various daily living activities. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients while ensuring their safety and well-being through dedicated care.
Responsibilities
- Support seniors with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders to help clients manage their health effectively.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
- Report any unusual incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in home care.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Reliability and the ability to perform caregiving tasks with physical stamina.
