Job Summary
The role focuses on providing essential non-medical support to seniors in their homes. The primary aim is to enhance the quality of life for elderly clients through various forms of assistance tailored to their individual needs. This includes following care plans stringently and ensuring safety and well-being during care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Offer medication reminders and help with mobility and personal care tasks.
- Assist clients with exercise regimens and daily activities.
- Support shopping, housekeeping, and meal preparation as needed.
- Adhere strictly to each client’s care plan and timely report any unusual incidents.
- Respond effectively to emergencies while ensuring client safety.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience in a caregiving role.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability and physical capability to perform job tasks effectively.
- Compassionate demeanor complemented by strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in time management, housekeeping, and cooking, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
