The Beauty Advisor plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales via product demonstrations, and upholding cleanliness and inventory standards within the store. In addition, they assist with in-store events, manage transactions, and participate in various operational duties to guarantee an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Ideal candidates will have a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty sector, along with strong interpersonal and sales abilities. A high school diploma is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of pertinent work experience.
