Responsibilities include generating leads, informing clients about various policy options, and overseeing the sales cycle from initial outreach to finalizing sales. Applicants are required to possess an insurance license or be open to acquiring one with support from the company. Effective communication skills, a proactive approach, and foundational computer skills for managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools are essential.
