**Beauty Advisor**
The Beauty Advisor is tasked with delivering tailored beauty consultations and suggesting products that suit the needs of clients, while also ensuring that store merchandising and inventory standards are upheld. This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets and creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for all customers. Applicants should possess prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-centered role, along with a genuine enthusiasm for beauty trends. The position necessitates outstanding communication abilities, the capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
