**Job Title: Beauty Advisor**
The Beauty Advisor offers individualized beauty consultations and tailored product suggestions to customers, all while upholding merchandising and inventory standards within the store. This position plays a key role in achieving sales objectives and creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for every shopper. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail, hospitality, or client services, paired with a deep enthusiasm for current beauty trends. The job involves the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
