Job description
The Beauty Flex Associate plays a key role in boosting sales by delivering outstanding customer service, engaging with clients, and effectively carrying out promotional activities. They are also tasked with upholding the store’s visual standards, handling inventory, and supporting operational duties as assigned by management. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication abilities and be willing to work a varied schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Retail experience is advantageous, although there are no formal educational prerequisites for this position.
