Job description
**Job Title: Bed Manager**
The Bed Manager plays a critical role in coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and managing bed availability throughout all Hartford HealthCare facilities. This position serves as a bridge between the clinical departments and leadership to facilitate effective patient flow and maximize resource use. Candidates are required to possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing along with a current RN license in Connecticut. Additionally, applicants should have at least 3 years of varied clinical experience, ideally within intensive care or emergency settings.
