Job description
The Site Director oversees the development and execution of daily curriculum and activities for school-age children, prioritizing their safety and personal growth. This role includes the supervision of on-site staff, management of program resources, and fostering positive connections with both school personnel and parents. Candidates are required to possess a minimum of a high school diploma along with four years of relevant experience, a two-year degree with two years of experience, or a four-year degree coupled with one year of experience. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years of age and able to fulfill state licensing and training criteria.
