Job description
The Site Director is tasked with the design and execution of daily curricula and activities for a program catering to school-aged children, prioritizing the safety and growth of all participants. This role involves overseeing site personnel, managing program resources, and fostering strong relationships with both school staff and families. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience, a two-year degree accompanied by two years of experience, or a four-year degree with one year of experience. The position necessitates the capability to maintain a flexible work schedule and to fulfill required state training and background verification processes.
