As a Behavior Interventionist, you will engage directly with children diagnosed with autism, executing tailored behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include fostering communication and social skills development while applying evidence-based methods to mitigate challenging behaviors. Applicants should be 18 years old or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), and successfully complete a background check. Additionally, candidates must be physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds and perform actions such as bending, kneeling, and crouching.
