In this role, you will provide individualized support to children with autism by executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Your responsibilities will involve fostering communication and social skills, employing evidence-based strategies to minimize challenging behaviors. Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold a high school diploma or GED. A successful background check is required, and you should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing a range of movements.
