Job description
**Behavior Technician**
Behavior Technicians carry out tailored behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. They engage in one-on-one sessions with children, focusing on developing communication abilities, social skills, and daily living competencies, while also working to decrease disruptive behaviors. Eligible candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a background screening and fulfill physical demands, which may involve lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
