Job description
**Behavior Technician**
Behavior Technicians engage with children on an individual basis to execute treatment strategies developed by BCBAs aimed at enhancing adaptive, social, and communication abilities. Their duties include gathering and documenting behavioral data and ensuring a secure and orderly therapeutic setting. Applicants must possess at least a High School Diploma or GED and be a minimum of 18 years old. Basic computer literacy and the capacity to successfully complete a background screening are essential for this entry-level position.
