The Behavioral Health Associate plays a crucial role in delivering personal care and support to individuals in a residential treatment facility, fostering a secure and organized atmosphere. Key responsibilities encompass performing safety inspections, maintaining precise clinical documentation, leading therapeutic group sessions, and aiding patients in their daily living activities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be a minimum of 21 years old. Certification in CPR and de-escalation techniques is mandatory, with training available upon employment, and prior experience of six months with the specified population is preferred.
