Job Summary
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering application support and maintaining the stability of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system within Local Health Districts. This position involves analyzing clinical processes, documenting business requirements, and cooperating with stakeholders to implement system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing application support for the Electronic Health Record system.
- Ensure the stability and reliability of EHR functionalities across various Local Health Districts.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clinical workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
- Document and articulate business requirements clearly.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in business analysis and application support.
- Proven expertise in EHR implementation practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to healthcare workflows.
- Ability to work on-site at least once a week in Richmond, Virginia, and willingness to travel to Local Health Districts as needed.
