Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Director is responsible for overseeing behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs in an integrated primary care environment. This role involves providing clinical direction, guiding staff, and working alongside both internal and external partners to enhance patient care results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct behavioral health and substance use treatment initiatives.
- Offer clinical leadership and support to the staff.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise the development and implementation of programs within the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Full active licensure in the applicable field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a primary care setting.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different service locations as needed.
