**Job Title: Social Worker**
The Social Worker will play a crucial role in the Behavioral Health Unit by managing cases and overseeing utilization management tasks. Responsibilities include assessing the clinical conditions of patients, coordinating plans for discharge, and ensuring the continuity of care during their hospitalization. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree and an LSW license, with an LCSW being highly desirable. A minimum of two years experience in clinical social work is essential, with a preference for individuals who have experience in acute care and behavioral health settings.
