Job description
Job Summary
The position is within the Interventional Radiology (IR) department at University Hospitals, a prominent Level 1 trauma center with designated facilities for both body and neuro angiography, as well as ultrasound and CT procedures. This is a weekend-focused role aimed at delivering exceptional care in a dynamic clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care in the Interventional Radiology setting during assigned weekend shifts.
- Operate and assist with procedures in both body angiography and neuro angiography rooms.
- Manage ultrasound and CT procedures as required.
- Participate in on-call rotations every Saturday evening to ensure coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience in Interventional Radiology or related fields preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licensure based on professional requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with medical teams and interacting with patients.
