Job Summary
The Behavior Technician plays a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities, enhancing their social abilities, and achieving vocational targets. This position involves the execution of behavioral management strategies while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities and promote social skill development.
- Implement and follow behavioral management plans tailored to each client.
- Monitor client health and manage their medication schedules effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment that feels homely for the clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a commendable driving history.
- Physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work second shifts, including mandatory weekends.
