Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Technician plays a crucial role in assisting the clinical team by ensuring a secure and therapeutic environment while overseeing patients’ engagement in daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during meal times to ensure adherence to dietary guidelines.
- Facilitate structured group activities to promote therapeutic engagement.
- Document patient behaviors and progress accurately.
- Provide individualized one-on-one supervision when necessary.
Qualifications
- Possession of an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- A valid driver’s license issued by the state of Washington.
- Registration as an Agency Affiliated Counselor.
- Capability to successfully pass a criminal background investigation.
