**Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist**
The Total Rewards Specialist plays a vital role in managing payroll and benefits operations, which includes handling leave-of-absence applications and overseeing benefit deductions. This position also provides support to the payroll department with data management, general ledger reconciliation, and resolving system-related issues. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in compliance, reporting, and data entry in technology-based applications. A high school diploma is mandatory, and a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is highly desirable.
