Job Summary
The Beverage Packaging Operator for the Weekend 1st Shift plays a crucial role in the production line, ensuring that beverage packaging processes are efficient and adhere to quality standards. This position is instrumental in maintaining a smooth workflow during the weekend shifts, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of packaging machinery to ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular quality checks and maintain cleanliness of the work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and conducting minor repairs when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Document production data accurately for inventory management and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is advantageous.
- Basic mechanical skills to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
