The O&M Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation and electrical upkeep of the Athena RNG facility, which involves overseeing anaerobic digestion operations and various plant equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and adhering to all relevant regulatory and safety regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification; technical training and experience related to wastewater or anaerobic processes are strongly preferred. Candidates must be skilled in handling electrical systems up to 480 volts and proficient with hand and power tools.
