Job Summary
The primary role involves delivering direct care to behavioral health patients and supporting them with their daily activities. This position emphasizes monitoring patient behavior and documenting any changes for potential adjustments to their treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Assist patients with their daily living activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Observe and document patient behaviors meticulously.
- Communicate any significant changes in patient behavior to the healthcare team for treatment plan updates.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma accompanied by relevant experience, or an associate’s or technical degree.
- Must achieve Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 30 days of employment.
