Job description
The recruiter oversees the early phases of the hiring process for a large number of non-managerial roles, which entails assessing applications and performing phone interviews. They are also responsible for arranging in-person interviews and ensuring precise record-keeping of candidates in the applicant tracking system. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality or service industries with high customer interaction and must be skilled in using Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
