The Safety Trainer/Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing safety initiatives, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations within the manufacturing setting. This position entails conducting safety inspections, spearheading investigations into incidents, and organizing safety documentation to foster a secure workplace. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in safety management or a comparable area, along with bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish. While an associate degree is preferred, candidates must possess an OSHA 30-Hour certification or be willing to acquire it within the first six months of employment.
