Job description
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in identifying customer requirements to suggest appropriate financial products and services while delivering outstanding customer support. In addition to customer interaction, the associate will manage cash handling, execute transactions, and adhere to all relevant industry regulations and safety protocols. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent and ideally have two years or more of experience in a retail setting. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous for this position. The role entails the capacity to stand for long durations and travel between store sites as needed.
