The role of the Insurance Agent involves fostering sales expansion through the acquisition of new clientele and nurturing ongoing relationships with current customers. This position requires acting as a reliable advisor, assisting clients in choosing suitable insurance options while keeping precise records of all transactions. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate excellent communication and relationship development abilities. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is desired, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a notable advantage.
