The Insurance Agent plays a crucial role in enhancing sales expansion by attracting new clients and nurturing relationships with current customers. Responsibilities include maintaining precise transaction records and offering professional advice to assist clients in choosing the right insurance options. Ideal candidates should have at least a High School Diploma or GED, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preference will be given to those with a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license, as well as bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish.
