**Parts Sales Manager**
The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing store sales results while cultivating a top-performing team to guarantee outstanding customer service. This position includes overseeing operations, nurturing team growth, and executing store procedures to the highest standards. Applicants should showcase strong leadership qualities, integrity, and sound decision-making abilities, along with the capacity to maintain a flexible full-time work schedule. Prior experience in automotive retail and ASE certification are highly desirable.
